Yes, pho is reliably delicious. Stability? I don’t seek stability in my life! I should feel uneasy about stability! But pho is delicious, and stability isn’t bad… no, but pho is delicious… no, pho is delicious, no… and thus continues the loop of internal conflict.

It’s my favorite coffee chain that I recommend to all travelers. It has the most stores in the country! The intense bitterness of Vietnamese coffee and the rich sweetness of condensed milk attack simultaneously, causing your brain to surrender immediately! Look forward to a unique combination of flavors you can’t find at other stores!

Banh mi is amazing!
At first glance, you might think it’s just a sandwich with fillings, but one bite sends an electric shock through your body! The overflowing meat juices are absorbed by the fluffy, fragrant French bread, creating a chemical reaction. The sweet, spicy, and tangy sauce makes your saliva gush. If shoved into your mouth upon waking, it would instantly wake you up!

Watching an old man expertly crack open a coconut and remove the white jelly-like endosperm inside is quite satisfying. This part, the source of coconut milk, is rich and difficult to consume in large amounts. However, it’s mildly sweet and has a fun, jiggly texture!

Great news for Jollibee fans!
This image clearly shows that country, right? It's the Philippines... no, it's Vietnam! You can enjoy Jollibee even in distant lands, like the feeling of getting a Game Boy! The flagship dish is Chickenjoy. It’s crispy on the outside, but the fragrant perfume entices you, and the tender skin...I can’t go any further!

A story of being saved by leaving leftovers in Vietnam
Feeling tipsy and full, I couldn't finish the beef jerky and decided to leave it. Feeling quite guilty. Then the staff casually picked up the leftovers and happily munched on them, looking like they hit the jackpot. Somehow, my heart felt lighter. Thank you, tears.

Have you ever had a favorite just based on appearance?
The spring rolls I ordered on Bui Vien Street in Ho Chi Minh clearly looked like party food, not appealing to my taste. But then I took a bite, delicious, I love it! Just like with people, you can come to love food after communicating with it. Sorry for judging by appearance, spring roll. Tears.

I think I like Paris
My encounter in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnamese-style pizza "Dalat Pizza," also known as Banh Trang Nuong. Topping rice paper with ingredients like eggs and meat, then baking it crisp. The fragrant rice aroma. The crisp sound with each bite soothes my heart. I think I like Paris. Let’s live crisply.

The enthusiastic three bows of respect from the lady at Ben Thanh Market, or even two bows, touched my heart, making me order more food. Today, I’m low awareness again, but that’s what makes the journey fun.

The Ben Thanh Market in Ho Chi Minh feels somewhat lacking post-COVID, missing the vibrant atmosphere of aggressive solicitors. For food, I had pho and sweet coffee. Many dishes in such places are mediocre, but the fun part is the charm of Vietnam. Despite the mediocre taste, there’s something enjoyable about it – must be the Vietnam magic.
